Main requirements that the business user needs to know about

Table water produced in the Republic of Croatia or a third country may be placed on the market of the Republic of Croatia if it meets the provisions of the Act on Agriculture (Article 80, paragraph 4) and the health, labelling and quality requirements prescribed as follows: must meet the microbiological parameters of health in accordance with point c) of Annex 1 to the Ordinance on natural mineral, natural spring and table waters, and chemical and indicator parameters and parameters of radioactive substances prescribed in Tables 3, 4 and 5 of Annex 1. The Ordinance on natural mineral, natural spring and table waters (Articles 38, 39 and 40) prescribes the conditions for the production and placing on the market and labelling of table water, as well as the obligations of food business operators performing the activity of filling table water into packaging which is placed on the market.
