Scope of national rule

The Ordinance applies to the equipment of Croatian flagged ships as follows:

1. the equipment of a new ship, whether the ship is being built in the Republic of Croatia or abroad;
2. the equipment of an existing ship, regardless of whether the ship is in the Republic of Croatia at the time of equipping or not

 

Main requirements that the business user needs to know about

The Ordinance prescribes the requirements for maritime equipment which, in accordance with international conventions, equip Croatian flagged ships, as well as the conditions for placing such equipment on the market in the Republic of Croatia
