LABELLING
Article 7
Label on hazardous substances or mixtures placed on the market of the Republic of Croatia must be in Croatian language and Latin script.
By way of derogation from paragraph 1 of this article, the label on hazardous substances and mixtures for industrial and laboratory use may be in foreign language if all the persons using them are appropriately familiarized with the hazardous properties of the hazardous substance or mixture.
Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures, amending and repealing Directives 67/548/EEC and 1999/45/EC, and amending Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 (OJ L 353, 31.12.2008) lays down an option to use national language in labelling chemicals.
